Head Shots! Part Duh

Hey everyone!! I need some headshots in order to make it in this world!

Know anybody? Any recommendations? Preferably on the cheap?

The look I'm going for: A little bit gothic, mysterious, distant but interested... A little bit plushy, plucked, quizzical but whimsical... a little vampire-y, but non-threatening... Oh, and I want my roots to be fire-engine red.
